GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

The above prices are per apartment per week. The price includes: Bed linens and towels; heating (in winter), electricity, and water. Arrival/Departure: Saturday to Saturday. During low season, midweek check-ins and check-outs are also possible, as are stays of less than a week. Apartments are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one-third of the total amount. This deposit must be sent within 3 days of the booking date, via bank transfer or postal order. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. The balance of the rent will be due upon arrival. Refunds or discounts are not available for unused days due to late arrival or early departure. A deposit of €100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure. - The apartment cannot be occupied by more people than indicated on the reservation. - In winter, bed making, bathroom cleaning, and garbage collection are included in the price. - Small pets are allowed (€5 per day). - Garage parking is €50 per car per week. - Credit cards accepted. - Tourist tax is €1.50 per person per day. - Final cleaning fee: two-room apartments €50, two-room apartments €40. Management reserves the right to make price changes based on the high, medium, or low season period requested.
